01 - Consultation & Site Analysis
Understanding your property, vision, and long-term goals. Our complimentary site consultation is when we collect measurements, grade elevations, survey or building drawings, and photographs. Everything we need to begin creating.

02 - Concept Development

03 - Immersive 3D Walkthrough
Once your initial concept drawings are delivered, we’ll meet virtually to guide you through the design where you’ll get to experience an immersive 3D walkthrough and refine the plans with us in real time.

04 - Feedback Review
Following the 3D walkthrough, we incorporate any requested revisions, refine the design, and return the updated plans for your review. This process is repeated as needed, based on the number of revisions outlined in your project scope.

05 - Detailed Construction Plans
We prepare detailed construction drawings, including hardscape details, planting plans, lighting layouts, elevations and permit-ready site plans. You’ll have everything you need to confidently request and compare quotes from contractors of your choice.
